field notes: three reasons that I was so cheerful on Monday evening
1) I realized that bamboo is a food product as well as a floor covering/building material, and that I love both uses.
2) I had a dinner that consisted of my favorite flavor combination of cilantro with lime-- a versatile, internationally compatible combination that I have every chance I get.
3) I spent most of the day out of the office actually doing work-related things.
I'll even relate a bonus 4) I bought that Junko Mizuno book that I was lusting after, and just by chance found a set of magnets that were perfect for something I needed magnets for.
