Soundtrack to your life

Here's a Myspace meme. Didn't know I was on Myspace? Well, now you do.

If your life was a movie, what would the soundtrack be?
So, here's how it works:
1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, etc).
2. Put it on shuffle.
3. Press Play.
4. For every question, type the song that's playing.
5. When you go to a new question, press the Next button.
6. Don't lie and try to pretend you're cool.
7. Don't skip songs.

(1) Opening credits: Stealin' - John Sebastian

(2) Waking up: Didn't Want to Have to Do It - The Lovin' Spoonful (yep.)

(3) First day at school: Click Click - The English Beat

(5) Breaking up: Free World (Live) - Kirsty MacColl

(6) Happiness: Born of Frustration - James (uh-oh)

(7) Life's okay: Girl, Beautiful Girl - The Lovin' Spoonful

(8) Mental breakdown: This Charming Man - The Smiths

(9) Driving: I Only Have Eyes for You - The Flamingos

(10) Flashback: Sure Shot - The Beastie Boys

(11) Getting back together: Show Biz Kids - Steely Dan (is any of this making sense to you?)

(12) Wedding: Miserlou - Dick Dale and the Deltones (so I marry Miserlou? Or maybe I have a Greek wedding. On the beach.)

(13) Birth of a child: Senses Working Overtime - XTC

(14) Final battle: Peyton Place - Squeeze (oh, no!)

(15) Death scene: Land of 1,000 Dances - Cannibal and the Headhunters

(16) Funeral song: Panic - The Smiths

Now, see? YOUR itunes seems to have cooperated, unlike mine.

And let me tell you, you've just won a new (you already had one) special place in my heart for being a John Sebastian/Lovin' Spoonful fan. John Sebastian's live album was the real soundtrack of my life when I was 12-15 years old.
